- What’s included?
- The base package includes one initial consultation, five follow-up consultations, and communication via messaging in between appointments. Any lab testing or additional diagnostics are not included.
- Lab testing?
- Many women benefit from lab testing to uncover the root cause behind their episodes. This includes but is not limited to food sensitivity testing, assessing your vitamin and mineral stores, and assessing your hormonal stress response. We will determine what is right for you together based on your heath history and symptoms.
- How much is 1:1 counseling?
- The base package is an $900 investment. Payment plans are available.
- Lab test pricing will vary.
- How long does it take?
- I recommend scheduling two sessions per month, which means our time together will total 3 months.
- If you need additional support, individual follow-up sessions are available.
